甘肃省国际物流集团有限公司是甘肃省委、省政府贯彻落实习近平总书记“甘肃最大的机遇在于‘一带一路’”重要指示,整合全省物流港口资源,促进港、产、城融合发展成立的省属骨干企业。

由原省物产集团、省民航物流公司、兰州港投公司、兰州新区商投集团所属综保区公司、路港物流公司等企业资产入组，省国投集团5亿元现金出资组建。是我省港口物流领域投资、建设、运营、管理的专业化产业集团,是现代物流综合服务方案集成运营商、供应链物流组织者。目前，公司注册资本55.41亿元，资产总额181.63亿元，土地面积、仓储面积共550余万平方米。

甘肃物流集团拥有所属企业22家，自2022年8月组建以来，累计实现营业收入536亿元，累计发运班列963列，累计开通国际（地区）国内货运航线21条，设立海外仓6个，拥有22条铁路专用线及国家级综保区、B保中心、汽车整车进口口岸、粮食指定监管场地、木材集散中心、航空监管场地等。重点布局八大业务板块:班列运营、多式联运、冷链物流、航空货运、保税物流、商贸流通、智慧物流、资本运作。

It was initially formed by incorporation the assets and integration of the former Gansu Province Property Group Co., Ltd, Gansu Province Civil Aviation Logistics Co., Ltd, Lanzhou International Port Investment and Development Co., Ltd, Lanzhou New Area Free Trade Zone Development and Construction Co., Ltd affiliated to Lanzhou New Area Commerce and Trade Logistics Investment Group Co., Ltd as well as Lanzhou New Area Road Port Logistics Co., Ltd and other enterprises, together with a 500 million yuan cash investment from the Provincial State-owned Asset Investment Group.

Our company is a specialized industrial group in the field of port logistics investment, construction, operation and management in our province. It is an integrated operator of modern logistics comprehensive service solutions and an organizer of supply chain logistics. At present, the company has a registered capital of 5.54 billion yuan with total assets of 18.163 billion yuan, and a total land area and storage area of more than 5.5 million square meters.
